Get a key

One step.

In the Cherry app, open Settings → API keys → Create key. The key is shown once — copy it then.

Keys are read-only by default. Add the write scope to let an agent categorize and push transactions. Everything an agent does with a key shows up in your audit log.

Set up

Connect your client.

Open claude.ai or Claude Desktop.

Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.

Paste the URL below and save. Claude uses the remote MCP connector flow; where a bearer header is supported, use your Cherry API key.
